SOLICITING IN THE EXPOSITION
Suitcasing or out-boarding is prohibited at the Ontario Quebec Regional Nursing Conference. We reserve the right to report and escort any individual from the conference venue if they are reported to be soliciting at the conference and are not an authorized sponsor or exhibitor. We encourage attendees to support the paid sponsors and exhibitors who, in turn, are supporting the industry. We also encourage registrants to avoid communicating with solicitors.
ALCOHOL
The Ontario Quebec Regional Nursing Conference is NOT an alcohol-free conference. Cash bars hosted by the Metro Toronto Convention Center (MTCC) will be available throughout the conference. All MTCC bartenders are SmartServe qualified and will check I.D. at the time of any alcoholic beverage purchase. Registrants should familiarize themselves with the provincial drinking laws and community programs available to support responsible drinking and safe practices.
Each registrant must make responsible decisions concerning alcohol, with due regard to the safety of all concerned, and comply with all legal requirements, and any requirements established by the MTCC. You release OQRC, its committee and volunteers, and each and all persons involved from any liability for injuries sustained while under the influence of alcohol.
